About Crystal Fighters

Crystal Fighters, formed in 2007, are a groundbreaking English-Spanish collective renowned for their unique blend of Basque folk, techno, electro, punk, and tropical pop. This eclectic fusion, often dubbed "globo wonk funk," has established them as pioneers in the electro-folk scene with a distinct, genre-defying sound. Core members Sebo Pringolazos, Gilbert Vierich, and Grahamy Jupiter, along with their ever-evolving Crystal Gang of collaborators, create vibrant music that marries traditional influences with modern electronic energy.

Their fifth studio album, "LIGHT+" (2023), crafted across Santa Marta, London, and Maine, features standout tracks such as "Manifest," "Tranquilo," and "Love x3." The album radiates a celebration of light and positivity, reflecting the band’s mission to inspire hope in difficult times. Crystal Fighters are equally famed for their electrifying live shows, transforming festival stages across Europe and beyond into immersive, transcendent experiences.

Previous albums—including "Star of Love," "Cave Rave," "Everything Is My Family," and "Gaia & Friends"—have cemented their reputation as relentless innovators, constantly evolving their sound. Collaborations with notable artists like Bomba Estéreo, Feed Me, Canta Marta, and The Busy Twist further highlight their versatile musical approach. With an extensive touring schedule supporting "LIGHT+," Crystal Fighters continue to captivate global audiences, delivering infectious energy and uplifting rhythms that transcend genres and borders.
