About Leather.head

Leather.head is an emerging artist known for their bold, independent approach to music and distribution. Making a striking entrance into the industry with their debut album, "Mud Again" (2023), Leather.head quickly gained attention for a sound that blends raw emotion with authentic storytelling. The album’s title evokes themes of struggle, renewal, and artistic honesty, which are central to Leather.head’s creative vision.

Rejecting mainstream streaming platforms like Spotify, Leather.head has embraced artist-friendly services such as Bandcamp, Deezer, and Tidal. This deliberate choice reflects a commitment to maintaining creative control and supporting fair revenue models, resonating with a growing movement of independent musicians prioritizing artistic integrity over commercial pressures. By connecting directly with listeners through these platforms, Leather.head fosters a more personal and equitable relationship with their audience.

While relatively new on the scene, Leather.head’s unique sonic identity and principled stance on music distribution position them as a compelling voice for listeners seeking genuine artistry outside the confines of algorithm-driven playlists. Their work stands as a testament to the power of authenticity in today’s evolving music landscape.
