About Twin Temple

Twin Temple, the charismatic duo fronted by Alexandra and Zachary James, has carved a unique niche blending vintage 1950s and ’60s rock & roll with dark occult themes and theatrical flair. Drawing on classic American rock sounds, their music melds hypnotic retro melodies with empowering, rebellious lyrics that celebrate individual freedom and self-expression. This distinctive fusion has earned them a devoted cult following across rock, punk, metal, goth, and alternative scenes worldwide.

Known for their electrifying and immersive live shows, Twin Temple has shared stages with notable acts such as Danzig, Ghost, Volbeat, Amigo The Devil, Rammstein’s Till Lindemann, and Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats. Their bold artistic vision channels the spirit of iconic musicians like The Cramps, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, The Misfits, Amy Winehouse, and The Ronettes, marrying nostalgic sounds with a fresh, provocative edge.

With their spellbinding presence and unyielding commitment to their “Satanic doo-wop” style, Twin Temple continues to enchant audiences. Their rebellious gospel reminds listeners that some of the most captivating music emerges from the shadows, proving that the Devil truly has the best tunes.
