About Ross From Friends

Ross From Friends is the musical project of British producer Felix Clary Weatherall, who has carved a distinctive niche in contemporary electronic music. Emerging into the spotlight with his debut album *Family Portrait* (2018), Weatherall earned critical acclaim for his sophisticated fusion of nostalgic warmth and modern electronic textures. Esteemed publications like Crack Magazine hailed it as a “powerful debut,” while Mixmag highlighted the album as one of their best of the year, praising its shimmering, danceable compositions.

Building on this momentum, Ross From Friends released his second album, *Tread* (2021), through Flying Lotus’ Brainfeeder label. This record further demonstrated his evolving craftsmanship, delivering sleek, melodic tracks that blend emotive depth with infectious rhythms. Aside from his solo work, Weatherall launched the Scarlet Tiger label in 2021, a creative platform both for his own releases—starting with the single “Burner”—and for emerging artists such as Cameo Blush and Giulia Tess, whom he connected with online.

Ross From Friends is also renowned for his dynamic live performances. Performing as a trio that integrates live guitar, keys, saxophone, and electronics, the act has captivated audiences worldwide. Their electrifying sets have landed them on prestigious festival stages including Coachella, Glastonbury, Primavera, and Sonar. Extensive tours across the UK, Europe, and North America have helped Ross From Friends grow a devoted following, solidifying Felix Clary Weatherall’s reputation as a forward-thinking force in electronic music.
