About PETERBLUE

PETERBLUE is a Colombian DJ and producer originally from Bogotá, now based in Barcelona, who has quickly become a defining voice in the Latin Club scene. Fusing traditional Latin rhythms such as merengue, reggaeton, and dembow with global club music influences, he delivers a vibrant and infectious sound that energizes dancefloors across Europe and Latin America. His musical journey began in his teenage years, and at seventeen, he moved to Buenos Aires to study music production. There, he immersed himself in the city’s dynamic techno scene, laying the foundation for his innovative sonic style.

PETERBLUE’s breakthrough came in 2023 with his debut EP "Bailar Para No Pensar," which introduced his unique Latin-rooted club aesthetic to international audiences. Following this, in 2024 he released "Discoteca Amerikana," a nostalgic tribute to the ‘90s techno-merengue sound that solidified his presence across Colombia and beyond. His rising profile has led to extensive tours, highlighted by performances at prestigious festivals such as Fusion Festival, The Row Barcelona, and Hï Ibiza. Notably, his headline TRIBE shows have attracted crowds exceeding 20,000 attendees.

Recognized by Mixmag as one of the most innovative and disruptive artists in Latin electronic music, PETERBLUE continues to expand his global footprint. With ongoing festival appearances and viral sets—such as his notable performance recorded for HÖR Berlin—he is shaping the future of Latin-infused electronic dance music with a fresh and compelling fusion of tradition and contemporary club sounds.
