Lorna Zarina Aponte, born in 1983 in Panama City, is celebrated as a pioneering force in the reggaeton genre and widely recognized as the queen of Spanish-language reggaeton. Rising to international fame with her breakthrough hit "Papi Chulo... Te Traigo El Mmm" (2003), Lorna played a crucial role in shaping the early sound of modern reggaeton, making her one of the genre’s most influential female voices worldwide. Her energetic style and vibrant presence helped propel reggaeton beyond its Caribbean roots to global dance floors.

Throughout her career, Lorna has maintained relevance with a string of popular singles and notable collaborations. Tracks like "El Baile del Choque Remix" have garnered over thirty million views on YouTube, highlighting her lasting appeal. In 2017, she reinforced her position in the evolving reggaeton scene with summer hits such as "Pégate" alongside Putzgrilla, "Sano Juicio Remix" featuring Kiko Rivera, and the internationally acclaimed "Tu Gatita Remix" with Henry Méndez.
