About Felipe Araújo

Felipe Araújo, born on July 2, 1995, in Goiânia, Brazil, is a prominent figure in the contemporary sertanejo music scene. Raised in a family deeply entrenched in this traditional Brazilian genre, Felipe’s passion for music ignited early, leading him to start his professional career at just 15 years old. He first gained significant attention as part of the duo João Pedro e Felipe, with their breakthrough hit "Arrocha com Tequila." Subsequently, his collaboration with Zé André produced "Noite Fracassada," which was later covered by the well-known duo Jads & Jadson.

Encouraged by his father, João Reis, Felipe embarked on a solo journey in 2015, making his debut on the popular TV show *A Hora do Faro* and releasing his album *Com Você*. The following year marked a milestone with the live DVD *1dois3*, recorded in Goiânia and featuring notable collaborations with stars such as Henrique & Juliano, Jorge & Mateus, and his father. This project delivered memorable tracks like "A Mala é Falsa" and "Chave Cópia," cementing Felipe's rising stardom.

His 2017 single "Amor Da Sua Cama" quickly gained millions of views and topped both radio and digital charts. By 2018, Felipe recorded the first part of *Por Inteiro* in Rio de Janeiro, collaborating with artists like Léo Santana and Ferrugem. The album included the smash hit "Atrasadinha," which amassed over 200 million views on digital platforms, further establishing his widespread appeal.

Known for his authentic connection with fans and consistent chart-topping releases, Felipe Araújo remains one of Brazil’s most influential emerging voices in sertanejo, blending tradition with modern energy to shape the genre’s future.
