About Marlena

Marlena is one of Spain’s most prominent pop duos, celebrated for their distinctive sound and the captivating, personal vocals of Ana. They rose to fame with their 2020 breakout hit "Me Sabe Mal," which achieved triple platinum status in Spain. This early success paved the way for a series of acclaimed singles—including "Gitana," "Muñequita de cristal," "Baila Morena," "Último baile," "Amor de verano," and "Estaré millor demà"—each earning gold certification and cementing their place in the contemporary Spanish pop scene.

Known for their fresh, natural stage presence and authentic musical identity, Marlena has garnered significant recognition within the industry. Their accolades include the IMPALA Award for Best Artist and two nominations at the prestigious 40 Music Awards. Notably, one of their songs was chosen as the official theme for TVE during the Paris Olympics, highlighting their cultural impact beyond the music charts.

Collaborations with celebrated Spanish artists such as Nil Moliner, Andrés Suárez, The Tyets, and La Pegatina have broadened their reach, contributing to over 230 million streams across platforms. Their electrifying live shows have captivated audiences nationwide, with sold-out performances at major festivals and iconic venues like Sala Riviera, where they played two consecutive sold-out nights in 2024. The duo’s growing momentum continues with upcoming shows in Barcelona’s Razzmatazz, signaling Marlena’s ongoing influence as a defining force in Spain’s pop music landscape.
