About Cinderella

Formed in Philadelphia in 1982, Cinderella quickly emerged as a defining force in hard rock by blending glam metal’s flashy appeal with the gritty soul of blues rock. The band—fronted by Tom Keifer on lead vocals and guitar, with Eric Brittingham on bass, Jeff LaBar on guitar, and Fred Coury on drums—rose to prominence during the mid-1980s with the release of multi-platinum albums such as "Night Songs" (1986), "Long Cold Winter" (1988), "Heartbreak Station" (1990), and "Still Climbing" (1994). These records, fueled by memorable anthems and heavy MTV rotation, helped Cinderella sell over 15 million copies worldwide, cementing their legacy within the glam metal movement.

Despite challenges that slowed their momentum in the 1990s, the band reunited in 1998, embarking on several successful tours that reinforced their status as hard rock icons. Beyond the group, Tom Keifer carved out a noteworthy solo career with his #keiferband project. His 2019 album "Rise" garnered critical acclaim and secured a spot in Billboard’s Top 10 Hard Rock Sales chart, skillfully blending the classic Cinderella sound with fresh modern energy. Today, Cinderella remains celebrated for their influential role in shaping 1980s rock culture and their enduring appeal across generations of rock enthusiasts.
