About Bastille

Bastille, the London-based British band formed in 2010, has become a defining voice in modern indie and pop music through their cinematic, melancholic sound enriched with vivid storytelling and introspective lyrics. Their breakthrough came with the release of their debut album, "Bad Blood" (2013), which launched them into international stardom. Anchored by the global smash hit "Pompeii," Bastille emerged as 2013’s biggest-selling breakthrough act, amassing over one billion streams on Spotify alone.

Building on this success, Bastille evolved their signature theatrical style with their sophomore album, "Wild World" (2016), exploring bolder musical territories while maintaining their distinct narrative-driven songwriting.
