About Javi Medina

Javi Medina, a versatile musician, composer, performer, and producer from Leganés, Madrid, discovered his passion for the guitar at sixteen, forging a lifelong connection with the instrument. In 2009, he gained national recognition with his band Aldeskuido through their debut album "Bailaré con quien me trajo al baile" (2009). The record quickly became one of Spain’s best-selling releases, leading the band to perform over sixty shows across the country. Between 2009 and 2015, Aldeskuido released three studio albums, cementing their status within the Spanish music scene.

After this period, Javi Medina broadened his creative horizons by producing and composing for a variety of projects, demonstrating his versatility beyond performance. His solo career flourished with the release of the album "Ángel" (year unspecified), which featured hit singles like "Sale el Sol en el Bajo A" and the widely streamed collaboration "Me la Llevo" featuring Salistre. Further collaborations, such as "Yo Voy Pa’rriba" with Moa Rivera, highlight his dynamic musical partnerships.

In 2024, Medina continues his artistic evolution with the single "Yo Quiero Guerra," a track that emphasizes his deep-rooted commitment to music and sets the stage for his upcoming third solo studio album. Through a blend of heartfelt lyrics and innovative soundscapes, Javi Medina remains a compelling figure in contemporary Spanish music, continually expanding his creative impact.
