About Panic! at the Disco

Panic! at the Disco, originating from Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2004, quickly established themselves as a standout force in American pop rock and alternative music. Renowned for their theatrical style and genre-blending sound, the band first rose to fame with their debut album, "A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out" (2005), which featured the hit single "I Write Sins Not Tragedies." This breakthrough release showcased their unique fusion of catchy melodies, literary lyrics, and dramatic performance elements that set them apart in the alternative scene.

Over nearly two decades, Panic! at the Disco evolved musically, incorporating pop punk and alternative rock influences. Their artistic growth is evident in later albums like "Pretty. Odd." (2008) and "Death of a Bachelor" (2016), the latter earning them a Grammy nomination and further cementing their place in modern music. Throughout lineup changes, frontman Brendon Urie remained the constant creative force, transforming the project into primarily his solo endeavor. Urie’s powerful vocals and dynamic stage presence became synonymous with the band’s energetic performances and lasting appeal.

Signed to influential labels such as Decaydance Records and Fueled by Ramen, Panic! at the Disco garnered critical acclaim and multiple MTV Video Music Awards.
