About Ghost in Real Life

Los Angeles-based artist Ghost in Real Life (G.I.R.L.) has emerged as a pioneering figure in the drum and bass (DnB) scene, renowned for her innovative fusion of pop-punk energy with electronic beats. Drawing inspiration from iconic bands like Avril Lavigne, All Time Low, and Blink-182, she crafts a distinctive sound characterized by anthemic vocals, emotionally charged lyrics, and infectious rhythms that push the boundaries of conventional DnB.

Her breakout single, "Youth" (featuring Slippy) released on NIGHTMODE, marked a turning point in electronic music by sparking the rise of the pop-punk DnB movement in the United States.
