About Ninajirachi

At just 24 years old, Australian electronic producer Ninajirachi has quickly risen to prominence as a defining voice in the global EDM scene. Hailing from the rugged beaches of Australia’s Central Coast, Nina’s passion for music production began in her teens, fueled by a blend of video game soundtracks, fantasy worlds, and early inspirations like Lady Gaga and Porter Robinson. Entirely self-taught, she developed a unique style she dubs “girl EDM,” merging cutting-edge technology with imaginative soundscapes.

A significant turning point came at age 16 when she volunteered at Sydney’s FBi Radio, immersing herself in innovative music from pioneers such as SOPHIE, Grimes, and Holly Herndon. This exposure eventually led to a crucial connection with Nina Las Vegas, resulting in her signing with NLV Records. Ninajirachi’s releases, including the critically acclaimed EP "True North" (2021), which The Atlantic named among the top 10 albums of the year, highlight her versatile production skills.

Her debut mixtape, "Second Nature" (2022), earned her a cover feature on NME magazine and recognition as one of EDM.com’s Top Producers. With standout performances at major festivals like Lollapalooza, EDC, and Spilt Milk, alongside sold-out shows across Australia and the U.S., Ninajirachi continues to solidify her influence. Billboard Dance consistently spotlights her as an artist to watch, marking her as one of the most exciting emerging talents in electronic music today.
