About Dynamite Shakers

Dynamite Shakers are a dynamic French rock quartet formed in 2019, consisting of Lila-Rose, Elouan, François, and Calvin, all averaging 23 years old. They channel the unfiltered energy and authentic spirit of classic rock’n’roll, drawing inspiration from seminal acts such as Gun Club, The Cramps, Sonic Youth, Johnny Thunders, The Sonics, and Pixies, while embracing the raw intensity reminiscent of Sun Records’ legendary sessions. Their distinctive sound blends electrifying melodies with a rebellious edge, often weaving together English and French lyrics to forge a powerful and sincere musical identity.

In 2024, Dynamite Shakers released their debut album, "Don’t Be Boring," produced by Jim Diamond, renowned for his work with the White Stripes. The album was recorded live in one room to capture the band’s visceral chemistry and infectious energy, delivering a vibrant yet nuanced rock experience that occasionally slows its pace to explore deeper atmospheres and emotional intensity.

Having performed over 400 shows, including high-profile opening gigs for Sum 41 and The Offspring before crowds of up to 40,000 at Paris’ La Défense Arena, Dynamite Shakers thrive on the stage. Their mission is clear: to honor rock’s rich legacy through energetic performances and heartfelt songwriting, prioritizing authenticity over innovation. With a commitment to keeping the rock tradition alive, Dynamite Shakers continue to electrify audiences and carve their own path in contemporary rock music.
