About Wunderhorse

Wunderhorse has quickly established itself as one of Britain’s most compelling alternative rock bands, known for electrifying live performances and the evocative songwriting of frontman Jacob Slater. Originating from Cornwall and formed in 2020, the quartet gained early acclaim with their debut album, *Cub* (2022), which showcased their knack for blending raw guitar energy with introspective lyricism.

Their sophomore effort, *Midas* (2024), marked a significant breakthrough. Recorded at Minnesota’s iconic Pachyderm Studio—renowned for legendary albums like Nirvana’s *In Utero* and PJ Harvey’s *Rid of Me*—and produced by Craig Silvey, *Midas* captured the visceral power that defines Wunderhorse’s live sound. Building on extensive touring alongside major acts such as Fontaines D.C. and Sam Fender, Wunderhorse embarked on their first headline European and North American tours in 2025.
