About Meryl

Meryl, a dynamic singer-songwriter from Saint-Esprit, Martinique, has become one of the most distinctive voices bridging the French Caribbean and mainland France. Since emerging nearly five years ago, she has captivated audiences with her melodic sophistication and versatile artistry, establishing herself as a rising star in the Francophone music scene.

Her musical journey is marked by the release of two acclaimed EPs: "Jour avant caviar" (2019) and "Ozoror" (2023). These projects include standout singles like "La Brume," "Coucou," "BB compte," and "Jack Sparrow," collectively garnering millions of views online. Meryl’s talent has been recognized with prestigious nominations, including Female Revelation and Stage Revelation at the Victoires de la Musique, as well as Scenic Revelation and Female Artist of the Year at the Flammes Awards.

Known for her compelling live performances, Meryl sold out three Tropiques Atrium venues in Martinique and performed to a packed house at Paris’s Zénith, earning critical praise as one of France’s best live acts. In 2024, she reached a pivotal milestone with the release of her debut album "Caviar 1," signaling a bold new chapter in her career. With upcoming concerts planned in Martinique, Guadeloupe, and her first-ever show in Canada, Meryl’s international presence continues to grow, promising an exciting future ahead in the music world.
