About Marco Shuttle

Italian-born producer Marco Sartorelli, known professionally as Marco Shuttle, has established himself as a remarkable figure in the world of electronic music by crafting deep, hypnotic techno that seamlessly blends American minimalism, dub, acid house, and electro elements. Launching his musical journey as a DJ and club promoter during his teenage years, Sartorelli later moved to London to earn a Master’s degree in fashion design from Saint Martins. Throughout his time there, he maintained a DJ residency at Süd Electronic and curated his own weekly event series, fostering a vibrant underground presence.

Marco Shuttle’s production career began in 2007 with the single "Numash" on MiniSketch, followed by standout releases like "Don't Laugh at Me" (2008), "The Horror" (2010), and the acclaimed club track "The Vox Attitude" (2011). In 2012, he launched his own Eerie label and released the "All Around the Fires" EP through Clone Records, marking a significant step forward in his artistic development. His growing reputation earned him performances at renowned venues including London’s Fabric, Berlin’s Berghain, and New York’s The Bunker.

Subsequent releases such as "Sing Like a Bird" (2014) on Time to Express and the debut album "Visione" (2014) on Eerie established his ethereal, space-infused sound. After relocating to Berlin, Marco Shuttle's sophomore album, "Systhema" (2017), released via Spazio Disponibile, cemented his standing as a visionary architect of cerebral techno. Continuously evolving, Marco Shuttle remains a pivotal force within the techno scene, admired for his intricate rhythms and expansive sonic landscapes.
