Aleks Syntek, born in Mérida, Yucatán, is a cornerstone of Mexican pop music with a multifaceted career as a singer-songwriter, composer, and producer spanning over three decades. He has released thirteen studio albums and two live records, many achieving double platinum status, thanks to his unique blend of catchy melodies and sophisticated production. Recognized for his distinctive tenor voice, Syntek has not only shaped Mexico’s musical landscape but also extended his talents into film, earning prestigious awards like the Ariel, Diosa de Plata, and Canacine for his acclaimed soundtrack work.

Throughout his career, Aleks Syntek has accumulated numerous accolades, including three Latin Billboard Awards, three MTV Awards, and an impressive total of ten Latin Grammy nominations, along with an American Grammy nomination, underscoring his broad influence within Latin music. In recent years, he has embraced collaboration and reinvention, notably reimagining hits like "Unos Quieren Subir" as duets with prominent Mexican artists such as Alex Lora from El Tri.
