About Los Auténticos Decadentes

Los Auténticos Decadentes, formed in Buenos Aires in 1986, are one of Latin America's most cherished and influential rock bands. Renowned for their unique fusion of diverse rhythms within a rock framework, they have played a pivotal role in shaping Latin alternative music. Over a prolific career spanning more than three decades, they have released ten studio albums complemented by numerous live recordings and DVDs, capturing their electrifying performances and evolving sound.

A landmark moment in their journey occurred in November 2017 when Los Auténticos Decadentes sold out Mexico City's Foro Sol, drawing a crowd of 65,000 fans for the grand finale of their 30th-anniversary tour. This historic concert was later immortalized in a live album. The following year, their acclaimed "MTV Unplugged Fiesta Nacional" (2018) achieved double platinum status in Argentina and gold certifications in Mexico and Chile, reinforcing their enduring appeal.

Marking their 35th anniversary, the band embarked on the ambitious "A D N" trilogy—a tribute project honoring artists who influenced their musical path. This series features standout collaborations such as "Golpes en el Corazón" with Natalia Lafourcade, "Jurabas Tú" alongside Los Palmeras, and contributions from legends like Andrés Calamaro, Diego Verdaguer, and Andrea Echeverri. Through a vibrant catalog and dynamic partnerships, Los Auténticos Decadentes continue to leave an indelible mark on Latin rock, celebrating a legacy of innovation and celebration.
