About Pipiolas

Pipiolas is a vibrant Spanish pop duo formed by Adriana Ubani from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Paula Reyes from Alcorcón, Madrid. Known for their bold creativity and magnetic artistic presence, Pipiolas craft a unique sound that blends imaginative melodies with intricate, sophisticated arrangements. Their music channels diverse influences, drawing inspiration from iconic Spanish group Mecano and British band Saint Etienne, while also embracing the dreamy indie-pop aesthetics of Alvvays and Hazel English. The electronic textures reminiscent of M83 and Daft Punk further enrich their eclectic style, resulting in a multifaceted sound that is both artistically complex and immediately accessible.

From their debut, Pipiolas have stood out by injecting vibrant fantasy and innovative production choices into contemporary pop. Their songs skillfully balance addictive hooks with unexpected musical shifts, creating immersive listening experiences that captivate audiences. This fusion of artistic depth and catchy sensibility has earned them a distinctive place in the Spanish music scene. As a duo, Adriana and Paula continue to push boundaries, offering fresh, original compositions that reflect their imaginative vision and charismatic presence, ensuring that Pipiolas remains a compelling force in modern pop music.
