About Eli Carvajal

Eli Carvajal is a London-based singer-songwriter renowned for his intimate and evocative songwriting that explores the profound human connections woven through everyday life. Between April 2022 and August 2024, Eli lived in Tokyo, an experience that deeply influenced his latest album, *Eyen Forever* (2025). Recorded in his bedroom in Higashikitazawa during rare moments between teaching and daily routines, the album captures the atmospheric essence of Tokyo—from the rainy seasons and summer cicadas to the city’s subtle sounds filtering through open windows. The album’s title, derived from the Japanese word 永遠 (meaning "forever"), serves as a heartfelt farewell to his time in Japan and is dedicated to his twin, Shamaya, adding a personal resonance to the work.

Eli’s songwriting process is organic and inspired by fleeting moments encountered during bike rides, metro commutes, or quiet reflections at home. His 2025 single "Stretch Marks" exemplifies his warm, vulnerable, and playful approach to storytelling, transforming lived experiences into songs filled with sincerity and detail. With an authentic and open-hearted musical style, Eli Carvajal continues to captivate audiences, and his planned UK tour in October 2025 promises to bring his thoughtful compositions to life on stage.
