About BAUER

BAUER is a vibrant Málaga-based band composed of Lucas Bauer, Gabriel Bauer, J. Abel Asensio, and Fernando Gallardo. They burst onto the Spanish independent music scene with their 2014 debut album, "Azul Eléctrico," which helped them craft a distinctive sound and gain national recognition. Their follow-up record, "Otra vuelta al sol" (2018), further cemented their reputation, earning them spots at numerous music festivals across Spain and showcasing their dynamic live performances.

In 2021, BAUER released "La Salvación," an introspective album shaped by the emotional challenges of the global pandemic. This work marked a deepening of their artistic identity, blending poignant themes with evolving sonic textures during an extensive national tour. Their most recent project, "Si hubiéramos sido más valientes" (2025), produced by the acclaimed Pablo Cebrián and recorded at Madrid’s Halley Music Hub, reveals a raw and heartfelt maturity. Combining guitars and synthesizers, the album confronts themes of vulnerability and life-altering decisions. Standout tracks such as "El comienzo del final," the title track "Si hubiéramos sido más valientes," and the collaborative "Aún hay fuego" featuring Conchita highlight their evolving yet unmistakably authentic sound.

Consistently delivering emotional honesty and musical growth, BAUER continues to captivate audiences, solidifying their place as one of Spain’s most compelling contemporary bands.
