About Quintino

Quintino, born Quinten van den Berg in Den Helder, Netherlands (1985), has carved out a prominent place in the global electronic dance music scene. He discovered his passion for DJing during high school, performing at local clubs, which soon caught the attention of the acclaimed Dutch DJ Laidback Luke, who became his mentor. Quintino’s breakthrough came in 2008 with his vibrant remix of "Rap das Armas" by Brazilian duo Cidinho & Doca, a track that soared to number one on the Dutch pop charts in early 2009.

Known for his energetic blend of big room house and trap, Quintino’s signature sound combines euphoric melodies with powerful, driving beats. In 2011, his collaboration with Sandro Silva, "Epic," marked a pivotal moment as one of the earliest big room anthems to achieve widespread mainstream success, released through Tiësto’s Musical Freedom label. Over the years, he has worked alongside industry heavyweights such as Afrojack, Steve Aoki, Hardwell, and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, building a reputation for electrifying festival performances.

Quintino’s artistic evolution is exemplified by his Go Harder EP series (2016–2018), which introduced a tougher, trap-infused edge to his productions. By 2015, he was performing over 200 shows worldwide annually and consistently ranked among DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs, reaching the Top 30 by 2018. Quintino remains a dynamic presence in EDM, captivating audiences globally with his relentless energy and chart-topping tracks.
