About Malva

Malva is a remarkable German singer-songwriter, poet, and photographer who began her musical journey at the tender age of 13. Emerging as one of Germany’s most promising young talents, she first captivated audiences with her debut album, "Das Grell in meinem Kopf" (2022). This acclaimed release, produced in collaboration with multi-instrumentalist Quirin Felix Ebnet, earned widespread praise. Critics from Rolling Stone described it as "stunning," while Süddeutsche Zeitung called it "impressive." The album’s success was bolstered by significant airplay on major German radio stations including RBB Radio Eins, NDR, and BR 2, alongside television appearances on ARD’s cultural programs such as "Capriccio" and "druckfrisch."

Following the debut, Malva’s live performances gained momentum as she toured extensively, opening for artists like Tristan Brusch, Donna Blue, King Hannah, and Jesper Munk. Her growing popularity was underscored by a sold-out vinyl release show at Munich’s Milla club and a standout set during the Heimatsound festival at Oberammergau's Passion Theatre.

Her sophomore album, "A Soft Seduction Daily," deepens her exploration of everyday life’s poetic nuances, presenting delicate, intimate observations through evocative songwriting. At just 23, Malva continues to enchant with her lyrical sensitivity and sincere performances, solidifying her unique voice within contemporary German music and beyond.
