About Loubet

Loubet, born in 1989 in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, is a distinguished figure in the sertanejo music scene, celebrated for his authentic country style marked by a distinctive voice, signature cowboy hat, and belt buckle. In 2012, driven by a lifelong passion, he committed fully to his music career, quickly gaining recognition through his heartfelt romantic ballads and energetic roots-based songs. His music deeply reflects the rural lifestyle and spirit of Brazil’s agribusiness, a connection vividly captured in his sixth major project, the DVD "Respeita o Agro!" (2012). Recorded in Campo Grande, the heart of Mato Grosso do Sul's thriving agricultural region, this album serves as both an homage to the farming community and a showcase of traditional sertanejo bravio. Loubet co-wrote eleven of the twelve tracks, collaborating with talented partners to blend emotional storytelling with lively anthems that resonate with fans of música raiz. As a devout sertanejo de coração, Loubet channels his love for his origins and the perseverance of Brazil’s rural backbone into his music, energizing audiences and solidifying his place as a beloved artist in Brazilian country music.
