About Jungle by Night

Jungle by Night is a vibrant seven-piece ensemble hailing from Amsterdam, renowned for their electrifying live shows and innovative sound. Emerging as one of Europe’s most dynamic festival acts, the band seamlessly fuses brass instruments—trumpet, saxophone, and trombone—with synths, bass, guitar, drums, and percussion. Their music sits at the intersection of analogue dance, funk, Krautrock, 70s funk, and 80s electro, creating a rich and hypnotic groove that compels audiences to dance.

Since their inception, Jungle by Night has evolved from brass-heavy arrangements toward a more electronically driven sound. This evolution culminated in their seventh studio album, "Algorythm" (2022), a bold homage to electronic music produced entirely through analogue means—eschewing digital shortcuts to craft a raw, dancefloor-ready experience. This shift has amplified their presence across Europe’s festival circuit, where their radiant performances feel less like concerts and more like communal celebrations.

Known for building meticulously layered, danceable compositions that guide audiences into irresistible grooves, Jungle by Night redefines live music by bridging the energy of a brass band with the pulse of electronic dance. Their infectious energy and forward-thinking sound continue to secure their status as a must-see act, leaving a lasting impression long after the music fades.
