About Scouting for Girls

Scouting for Girls is a British indie pop trio formed by childhood friends Roy Stride, Pete Ellard, and Greg Churchouse, who first met at the age of five. Rooted in London, the band carved out a distinct niche with their catchy melodies and heartfelt lyrics, never compromising their authentic sound for commercial trends. Their breakthrough came with the self-titled debut album *Scouting for Girls* (2007), which achieved triple platinum status and featured enduring hits like "She’s So Lovely," "Elvis Ain’t Dead," and "Heartbeat." These tracks helped the band connect across generations and secured their place in the UK pop scene.

Building on this success, Scouting for Girls released a string of albums: *Everybody Wants To Be On TV* (2010), *The Light Between Us* (2012), *Still Thinking About You* (2015), and *The Trouble With Boys* (2019). Among their most notable achievements is the chart-topping single "This Ain’t A Love Song," which reaffirmed their appeal and commercial strength. Over the years, the band has earned four BRIT Award nominations and an Ivor Novello nod, underscoring their songwriting prowess. Their dynamic live performances have graced iconic venues like Wembley Arena and major festivals across the UK.

In April 2021, Scouting for Girls released *Easy Cover*, accompanying the album with their largest tour to date. With a consistent track record of memorable pop anthems and an unwavering dedication to their indie pop roots, Scouting for Girls continue to captivate fans worldwide with their timeless sound.
