About Luck Ra

Born Juan Facundo Almenara Ordóñez in 1999 in Córdoba, Argentina, Luck Ra has swiftly risen to prominence as one of the country’s most influential modern musicians. Launching his career in 2017, Luck Ra quickly made waves by blending trap with the traditional rhythms of cuarteto, an Argentine dance genre, creating a fresh and captivating sound. Early collaborations with artists like Seven Kayne, Kodigo, Peke 77, TOBI, Rusherking, and Lautaro López helped him establish a foothold in the Latin urban music scene.

Luck Ra’s engaging presence on Twitch Live Sessions played a crucial role in expanding his audience, turning him into a streaming sensation with a loyal fanbase across Latin America. His breakthrough came with the release of "Te Mentiría" (2020), a track that climbed into Spotify’s Top 50 charts in Argentina and Uruguay. The song’s popularity was further amplified by a successful collaboration with La K’onga, who contributed a cuarteto version that highlighted Luck Ra’s versatility and connection to Argentine musical heritage.

In February 2024, Luck Ra released his highly anticipated debut album, "QUE NOS FALTE TODO," which achieved triple platinum status and reached number one on Spotify’s global charts. This landmark success firmly established him as a defining voice for a new generation of Latin American artists. With plans to perform at major venues like Estadio Vélez Sarsfield, Luck Ra continues to redefine contemporary Argentine music, blending innovation with cultural roots.
