About Earth Tongue

Earth Tongue is an electrifying psych rock duo from Wellington, New Zealand, formed in 2016 by guitarist Gussie Larkin and drummer Ezra Simons. Renowned for their heavy, fuzz-drenched guitar riffs and unconventional, hypnotic drumming, they craft immersive soundscapes that balance crushing heaviness with riveting melodies. Their debut album, "Floating Being" (2019), released on Stolen Body Records, quickly earned underground acclaim and propelled the band onto extensive tours across Australasia and Europe.

With a reputation for delivering intense live performances that captivate audiences, Earth Tongue has shared stages with influential artists such as Queens of the Stone Age, IDLES, Ty Segall, King Woman, and Kikagaku Moyo.
