About Dealema

Dealema is a cornerstone of Portuguese hip-hop, shaping the genre since their inception in 1996. This influential collective was born from the fusion of two groups—Factor X, with Mundo and DJ Guze, and Fullashit, featuring Fuse and Expeão—later joined by Maze, who became their essential fifth member. Notably, this original lineup has remained intact for nearly three decades, highlighting their extraordinary cohesion and dedication.

With six studio albums to their credit, Dealema has solidified their reputation as pioneers of conscious and lyrically rich rap within Portugal and across the Portuguese-speaking world. Their thoughtful storytelling and insightful themes resonate deeply with a loyal fanbase, positioning them as cultural ambassadors of lusophone hip-hop.
