About The Shins

The Shins are a Grammy-nominated American indie rock band formed in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 1996 by singer-songwriter James Mercer. They played a pivotal role in shaping the modern indie rock scene with their breakthrough debut album, "Oh, Inverted World" (2001).
