About MXGPU

MXGPU is an innovative electronic music project born from the creative partnership between Portuguese producers Moullinex (Luís Clara Gomes) and GPU Panic (Guilherme Tomé Ribeiro). Rooted in Lisbon's thriving electronic scene, their collaboration began during the production of Moullinex’s 2017 album "Hypersex." This initial synergy quickly evolved into a unified artistic venture that pushes the boundaries of live dance music.

Famed for their groundbreaking 360° immersive performances, MXGPU employs a unique triangular stage setup that dissolves the traditional divide between artists and audience, offering an all-encompassing sensory experience that has captivated clubbers around the world. Their sound—released on respected labels like Discotexas, Crosstown Rebels, Watergate, and TAU—blends introspective melodies with precise electronic production. This approach has drawn remix attention from notable artists such as Patrice Bäumel and earned support from influential tastemakers including &ME, Adriatique, Damian Lazarus, and Rüfüs du Sol.

In 2025, MXGPU will unveil their debut album, "Sudden Light," featuring 11 tracks that balance raw emotion with communal energy and electronic sophistication. Highlighted by their spectacular "Live Over Lisbon" concert, where the city’s iconic skyline and Tagus River become part of the immersive journey, this album marks a significant milestone in their evolving sound and vision. As they continue to redefine the future of dance music and performance, MXGPU stands at the forefront of a new generation of electronic innovators.
