About Justin Quiles

Justin Quiles is a Puerto Rican singer-songwriter who has become a key figure in contemporary Latin music, especially within the reggaeton and urban genres. Renowned for his exceptional songwriting skills, Quiles has crafted hits for some of Latin music’s biggest stars, including J Balvin, Maluma, Anitta, Karol G, and Daddy Yankee. His songwriting credits include global anthems like Karol G’s “Bichota” and Daddy Yankee’s 2021 hit “PROBLEMA,” highlighting his influence behind the scenes as well as on stage.

Quiles’s own recording career took off with his debut album, *La Promesa* (2018), which soared to number one on Billboard’s Top Latin Rhythm Albums chart and reached number two on the Top Latin Albums chart. Among his breakthrough singles, “DJ No Pare (Remix),” featuring Zion, Dalex, and Lenny Tavárez, has amassed over 400 million streams and 346 million views worldwide. His summer hit “PAM” received Spotify Spain’s Summer Hit award, gathering more than 220 million streams globally. Other notable tracks like “Jeans” and “Ponte Pa’ Mi” have enjoyed significant success, with “Jeans” climbing to number 31 on Spotify’s global charts.

Justin Quiles has earned three Latin GRAMMY® nominations, including recognition for co-writing the 2018 hit “Downtown” by J Balvin and Anitta, as well as two 2020 nods—Best Reggaeton Performance for “PORFA” alongside Feid and Best Urban Song for “Rojo” by J Balvin. Continuing his momentum, Quiles released popular collaborations such as “Como Si Nah” with Arcangel, Kevvo, Dalex, and Dimelo Flow, plus the infectious summer anthem “Loco” with Zion & Lennox and Chimbala in 2021.
