About La Zowi

La Zowi, born Zoe Canto in Paris in 1993, is a trailblazing Madrid-based trap artist celebrated for her fearless and unapologetic style. Growing up in a creatively rich environment as the daughter of a poet and a musician, she was deeply influenced by the passionate rhythms of Flamenco and the arts from an early age. La Zowi burst onto the music scene in 2013 with her breakout single "Raxeta," which she initially shared on social media, quickly establishing herself as a distinctive voice within Spain’s emerging trap movement.

Her music boldly delves into themes of money, desire, power, and the unapologetic sexuality of women navigating a male-dominated, often violent urban landscape. Over the years, she solidified her presence with notable singles like "Mi Chulo," "Random hoe" (2016), and "Money hoe," "High" (2017), cultivating a devoted following drawn to her raw lyrical content and captivating sound.

In 2018, La Zowi released her debut mixtape "Ama de casa," marking her evolution as a daring figure in Spanish trap. She continued to push boundaries with her 2020 mixtape "Elite," which further showcased her growth and versatility.
