About Scarlet Rebels

Scarlet Rebels, a dynamic rock quartet hailing from Llanelli, Wales, have carved out a significant place in the UK's contemporary rock scene. Fronted by Wayne Doyle, with his brother Gary Doyle on drums, alongside guitarist Chris Jones and bassist Carl Oag, the band has become known for blending arena-sized ambition with heartfelt, emotionally resonant songwriting. Their breakthrough came with the album "See Through Blue" (year unspecified), which climbed into the UK Top 10, establishing them as a formidable force in modern rock.

Building on this momentum, Scarlet Rebels continued to evolve their sound through albums like "Where The Colours Meet" (2021) and "Flawed By Design" (2023). These works display a rich fusion of lush instrumentation—incorporating piano, keyboards, and expansive drum arrangements—evoking the spirit of iconic 1980s rock legends such as U2 and Bruce Springsteen. Collaborating with producers Chris Clancy and Colin Richardson, the band has crafted a signature style characterized by soaring choruses, fluid guitar riffs, and Wayne Doyle’s emotive vocals.

Beyond impressive musicality, Scarlet Rebels focus on creating songs that resonate deeply with themes of unity, togetherness, and introspection. Their ability to balance energetic, arena-ready anthems with genuine emotional depth has firmly secured their reputation as one of the UK’s most compelling and enduring rock acts.
