About Chuty

Chuty is widely regarded as one of Spain’s most influential freestyle rap artists, renowned for his sharp lyricism and commanding stage presence. His journey began at just 17 years old, when he won his first regional title at Madrid’s Hipnotik competition in 2010. Chuty’s breakthrough arrived in 2013, a landmark year in which he became the first competitor to simultaneously clinch both the Regional de Madrid and the National Championship held in Seville, performing before an audience of 10,000.

After a brief hiatus, Chuty returned to the competitive scene in 2016, earning the runner-up spot in the prestigious Red Bull Batalla de los Gallos Spain final. This period saw him share exhibition battles with global icons such as Mexico’s Aczino, 2014 world champion Invert, and Argentina’s Dtoke, further cementing his international reputation.

The pinnacle of Chuty’s career unfolded in 2017. That year, he dominated the freestyle circuit by winning over 30 shows across Spain, appearing in major festivals like Metrópoli Tesla, El Rey de los Gallos, and Beatout Festival. In September, he secured his second national title at Madrid’s WiZink Center before a massive crowd of over 15,000 fans, guaranteeing his place in the international final in Mexico. Furthermore, Chuty delivered an unprecedented performance in the 2017 FMS league, sweeping all nine rounds and clinching the championship with several events to spare, outshining top freestylers including Arkano, Skone, and Invert.

Beyond competitive battles, Chuty has expanded his artistic reach with singles such as "Bitcoin," "Coge tu copa," and the more recent "Radiante," showcasing his versatility and sustained relevance in Spanish hip-hop. His blend of freestyle mastery and recording success remains a defining force in contemporary Spanish rap culture.
