About Robert Jon & The Wreck

Robert Jon & The Wreck, formed in 2011 in Southern California, have crafted a unique sound by blending traditional East Coast Southern rock with their own distinctive West Coast vibe. The band features Robert Jon Burrison on lead vocals and guitar, Andrew Espantman on drums and backing vocals, Henry James Schneekluth delivering scorching lead guitar and harmonies, Warren Murrel anchoring the bass, and Jake Abernathie providing atmospheric keyboard textures. This quintet is renowned for their electrifying live performances, characterized by soaring guitar solos, rich vocal harmonies, and a thunderous yet melodic rock foundation that has earned them a devoted global following.

Their breakthrough came with the critically acclaimed album "Last Light On The Highway" (2020), followed by "Shine A Light On Me Brother" (2021), both of which significantly elevated their profile. These successes paved the way for a partnership with Joe Bonamassa’s Journeyman Records, further expanding their reach. Their latest EP, "One Of A Kind," produced by GRAMMY-winning producers Don Was and Dave Cobb, showcases their evolving sound with greater depth and polish. Complementing their studio work, the live album "Live At The Ancienne Belgique" has been hailed as one of the finest live recordings in recent years, capturing the raw energy and camaraderie that define Robert Jon & The Wreck’s powerful stage presence. Having shared stages with rock legends like Joe Bonamassa, Blackberry Smoke, Peter Frampton, Buddy Guy, and Rival Sons, they continue to solidify their place in modern Southern rock with an enduring blend of passion and craftsmanship.
