About Alexander Som

Alexander Som, a Madrid-based DJ and producer, has established himself as a formidable presence in the global underground house scene. Known for his seamless fusion of house, tech house, and percussive minimalism, his sound is characterized by precise grooves and powerful basslines that energize dancefloors worldwide. Since his debut album *REBORN* (2019), which earned critical acclaim and featured in popular Spanish series like Netflix’s *Paquita Salas* and Movistar+ productions *Skram* and *Fama a Bailar*, Som’s career has consistently gained momentum.

His breakthrough came with the single "LIFE IS BACK," released on Axwell’s prestigious Axtone label, which became the official anthem for Parookaville Festival 2022, propelling him into international recognition. In 2017, Som’s rising star was acknowledged when David Guetta personally selected him to close the Listen Tour in Spain alongside Steve Angello. He has since shared stages with heavyweights such as Carl Cox, Diplo, Purple Disco Machine, Claptone, Marco Carola, Camelphat, and The Martinez Brothers.

Alexander Som’s 2023 summer hit "After Love," premiered by BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong, received enthusiastic support from house legends including Mark Knight and Sam Divine. His global footprint spans top-tier festivals like Ultra Europe, FIB Benicassim, A Summer Story, and Medusa, with plans to debut at Ultra Music Festival Miami in 2026. Continuously evolving his sound, Som remains a dynamic force, crafting sharper production and deeper basslines that captivate audiences across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
