About SLY'D

SLY'D is a dynamic DJ and beatmaker who emerged from the Paris suburbs in the 1980s, carving out a distinctive space in the electronic music scene since the early 2000s. His passion for music ignited at age seventeen, inspired by vibrant Caribbean parties where he keenly observed veteran DJs. After two years mastering techniques on platforms like Virtual DJ and Mix Vibes, he invested in Pioneer decks, marking his transition to professional performance.

SLY'D’s eclectic sound is a rich tapestry woven from hip-hop, R&B, trap, funky house, Latin rhythms, dancehall, and Caribbean influences. This diverse blend has powered his sets at some of Paris’s most prestigious venues, including Wanderlust, Palais M, Redlight, Club Haussmann, Deflower, Hobo, and Mix Club. Beyond France, his career boasts a three-year residency in Manchester, UK, and memorable performances across Singapore, Croatia, and Switzerland.

In recent years, SLY'D has expanded his artistry into beatmaking and remixing, collaborating with a range of French musicians to broaden his creative horizons. With a sonic signature that seamlessly fuses multiple genres, SLY'D continues to energize dance floors worldwide, earning recognition as a versatile and innovative figure in contemporary electronic music.
