About Sunday,June

Sunday,June is a Spanish-Swiss band hailing from Geneva, renowned for their distinctive blend of nostalgic warmth and dreamy psychedelia, a style they aptly dub “solar psych.” Their sound artfully combines shimmering synthesizer arpeggios with textured rock guitar lines, drawing inspiration from influential acts like Beach House, Pond, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Arcade Fire, Slowdive, and Still Corners. This fusion creates hazy, atmospheric layers that favor expansive, meandering melodies over conventional song structures.

Their debut album, *Sun Glitter and Other Reflections* (2025), introduced audiences to their introspective and immersive sonic world. Early singles such as "Summer Without You," "Tunnel Vision," and "Motion Echoing" achieved widespread acclaim, receiving airplay on major Swiss radio stations and earning spots on prominent playlists across Switzerland, France, and the UK. Following this success, Sunday,June embarked on extensive tours throughout Switzerland and Europe, steadily building a loyal live following.

In November 2026, the band released their sophomore album, *Cinema*, recorded at England’s Chapel Studios with producer Andy Savours. This follow-up represents a bold evolution, expanding their sound into a more organic and cinematic realm. While retaining the luminous, nostalgic core that defines their music, *Cinema* explores richer textures and a more cinematic scope, showcasing Sunday,June’s growth as artists within the psychedelic pop landscape.
