About CLADA

Formed in March 2024 in County Galway, Ireland, CLADA is a vibrant traditional Irish folk band dedicated to revitalizing Irish music for contemporary audiences. The five-piece ensemble merges authentic Celtic melodies with modern influences, creating a fresh and captivating sound. Leading the group, fiddler Orla Leavy impresses with her virtuosic command of traditional tunes and enchanting vocals sung in the Irish language, lending a deep sense of heritage to their music. Jack O’Reilly anchors the band as lead vocalist and rhythmic guitarist, delivering heartfelt, relatable lyrics with driving energy. Adding a distinctive flair, Liam Tierney’s spirited accordion playing and lively stage presence inject dynamic showmanship.
