About Cardiel

Cardiel is a vibrant two-piece rock band formed in Mexico City in 2010 by Venezuelan musicians Miguel Fraino (guitar and vocals) and Samantha Ambrosio (drums), both originally from Valencia, Venezuela. Renowned for their distinctive fusion of skate rock, fuzz punk, and psychedelic dub, Cardiel crafts an intense, gritty sound that merges raw garage riffs with hypnotic rhythms and experimental production techniques. Their music draws heavily from underground skate culture and alternative rock, creating a dynamic sonic palette that feels both visceral and immersive.

Over the years, Cardiel has earned acclaim in the Latin American underground scene for their innovative approach to rock, blending aggressive guitar work with psychedelic textures that challenge genre boundaries. Their cross-cultural roots infuse their music with diverse rhythmic influences and a rebellious spirit, resonating with fans who appreciate heavy, fuzz-laden soundscapes combined with the unapologetic energy of skate punk. Through relentless creativity and a commitment to pushing musical limits, Cardiel continues to stand out as a compelling force within the contemporary rock landscape.
