About The Unclouders

Formed in Lyon in October 2018, The Unclouders are a dynamic rock duo comprising vocalist and guitarist Florent Pollet and drummer Adrien Gaillard. From the outset, their partnership forged a powerful creative synergy that blends vintage-inspired rock with a fresh, energetic edge. Their minimalist urban aesthetic complements a sound that oscillates between razor-sharp guitar riffs and irresistibly melodic passages, anchored by Pollet’s distinctive vocal style.

The Unclouders quickly gained attention with their self-produced debut music video, "I've Found a Box" (2019), which propelled them into an intense year of live performances throughout the Lyon region. Their electrifying stage presence and raw energy drew comparisons to iconic rock duos like The Black Keys and The White Stripes, cementing their reputation within the indie rock scene.

Despite the challenges of the 2020 global health crisis, The Unclouders channeled their creativity into the studio, culminating in the release of their self-titled EP in October 2021. This debut was accompanied by a compelling video for the track "Never Be Alone," showcasing the band’s ability to navigate contrasting moods—from serene introspection to tempestuous intensity—within moments. Their music invites listeners to clear mental fog and embrace rock’s visceral power, making The Unclouders a bold and refreshing force in modern rock.
