About Silvina Moreno

Silvina Moreno, born in Buenos Aires in 1987, is one of Argentina’s most gifted female singer-songwriters. From an early age, she recognized her passion for music, which led her to move to the United States at twenty to study at the prestigious Berklee College of Music. While dividing her time between New York and Boston, Silvina recorded her debut album, "Mañana" (2012), laying the foundation for her blossoming career upon returning to Argentina.

Her music is a heartfelt exploration of identity and emotion, blending folk, Latin rhythms, and contemporary sounds with profound authenticity. Silvina has performed extensively across Latin America, the United States, and Europe, sharing the stage with luminaries such as Jorge Drexler, Bobby McFerrin, Alicia Keys, Natalia Lafourcade, Gilberto Gil, and Harry Styles.

In 2015, she released her second album, "Real," which features the standout single "Ya lo Entendí," a track that resonated deeply with audiences and surpassed one million views on YouTube. Her artistic journey continued in 2017 with the release of "Sofá" under Sony Music, produced by Eduardo Cabra of Calle 13 fame. This album showcases Silvina’s versatility, intertwining genres like cumbia chicha and reggae on songs like "Frío en los Pies" featuring Kevin Johansen, alongside intimate folk-pop ballads such as "Cuídame." Through her rich and diverse musical landscapes, Silvina Moreno remains a refreshing and compelling voice in contemporary Latin music.
