About Komodor

Komodor is a vibrant rock band emerging from Douarnenez, located in the wild western edge of Brittany. Renowned for their raw, high-energy sound, Komodor skillfully fuses classic rock roots with a modern edge, creating music marked by gritty guitar riffs, rich vocal harmonies, and a driving, organic rhythm. Their style captures a visceral, untamed spirit that resonates deeply with listeners seeking authentic rock experiences.

In December 2021, Komodor unveiled their debut album, *Nasty Habits*, which garnered critical acclaim from notable publications such as Rolling Stone, Rock & Folk, Libération, and Rock Hard Germany. The album’s success propelled the band into an intense two-year touring period across France, where their electrifying live performances cemented their status within the contemporary French rock landscape.

Beyond their main project, Komodor expanded their creative horizons through a side endeavor called Komodrag and the Mounodor. This experimental outlet allowed them to explore new musical territories and sustain a four-year touring journey throughout France, further showcasing their versatility and collaborative spirit.
