This is Pakhi's story. A girl of six, who is in the midst of a heart-wrenching battle between her father and mother - neither of whom want custody. As luck would have it, Pakhi disappears from her town, wanders around the streets, and finds her place in the house of a young boy, named Joni. Joni is a tipsy young fellow, who is always angry and cannot control himself. The pain of his past love still haunts him. Pakhi makes a home for herself in Joni's loveless world. Joni also changes because of his innocence and the love that Pakhi brings to his life.. But, happiness doesn't seem to like Pakhi, as she again falls prey to an unimaginable disaster. Can Joni come to the rescue?
