• Appetizer: Warm Duck Confit with french beans, goat cheese + toasted hazelnut salad; shallot-thyme emulsion
• Entree: Rosemary + Garlic-Grilled Beef Tenderloin roasted salt + vinegar yukon potatoes, asparagus; ramp béarnaise

Description
Night of the Phoenix will be a Four-Course Meal and show with a live band, a master of ceremonies, beautiful burlesque dancers and vivacious variety acts. It will be a taste of things to come, rather than a reminder of things that have passed. As we all reemerge into a different world, we at Duane Park will celebrate our ability to rise again, and forge ahead. Yet we will do it in the most glamorous ways possible, with elegant burlesque, only the way Duane Park can do.
