Experience Ballet: Tchaikovsky's most iconic music in a new light at Saint John's Anglican Cathedral. Surrounded by the warm glow of thousands of candles, a string quartet brings unforgettable music from Swan Lake Main Theme, Swan Lake Waltz, Dance of the Little Swans to life in a 65-minute concert.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change your date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change.
Are refunds allowed?
Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, please check our Terms & Conditions.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
What are the different ticket types?
VIP Experience (front row, best visibility), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (slightly restricted visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).
What does the VIP Experience ticket include?
A Fast Pass to skip the queue via the side door (walk up the driveway on the right and use the first side door into the cathedral), priority front-row seating with an usher to show you to your seat, and a personalised Polaroid photo gift taken by staff before or after the show.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts around 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before it starts, and no entry is allowed once it has begun.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The performance takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
No.
Is there air conditioning?
No, this venue doesn't have air conditioning and can get quite warm in the summer months — feel free to bring a hand fan and dress accordingly. The Cathedral's seating is individual wooden chairs, so we also recommend bringing your own cushion for comfort.
Is parking available?
On-street kerbside parking on Ann Street is metered and only available 7-10pm on weekdays (it's a clearway at other times). Paid underground parking is available at Cathedral Square Car Park, opposite the venue. Limited onsite parking is also available on weekends or for special events.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free companion pass. You'll need a valid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. Disabled access to the Cathedral is via the doors on the northern (car park) and southern (St Martin's courtyard) sides. Please contact us ahead of time if you need wheelchair assistance, so staff can be notified and ready for your arrival. Wheelchair seating is available in all zones.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
It's an optional paid photo experience: your photo is taken before or after the show and you receive one printed polaroid-style picture, collected at the exit. It can also be bought at the venue by card if not sold out, though online buyers get priority. You'll get a QR code by email to show the photographer; the experience isn't refundable or reschedulable if you miss it, except if it's cancelled for internal reasons, in which case you'll be refunded.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the show.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
