Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play), logged in with the same method used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID to request a change.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancelation ticket. Exchanges to another date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the originally purchased event, subject to availability.
What is a Flexible Cancelation Ticket?
A flexible cancelation ticket (available for select events) lets you request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation needed. You'll receive the full ticket price back except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible option; this right is lost if the ticket is transferred to another user.
What ticket types are available?
There are Zone A, Zone B and Zone C tickets. Zone A is closest to the performance area. Seating within each zone is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must first hold a valid ticket of your own before applying; contact us for more information.
How long does the concert last and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts around 65 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors at Mission San Luis Rey.
How do I get to the venue?
Driving is recommended.
Is food or drink available?
No food or drink is available on site, and none is permitted into the venue.
Is parking available?
Yes, lot parking is available at the venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, all zones are ADA compliant. Bringing your own seat cushion is encouraged. If you have questions, contact hello@feverup.com or the venue directly.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. Contact us here if you plan to bring a service animal.
Do I have to wear a mask?
All attendees are encouraged to wear a mask, though it is not required. This policy is subject to change.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since they are tied to the specific date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable; all sales are final.
